๐Ÿ›’ When will I get my order?

We usually take 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which itโ€™s shipped.You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your package is on its way.

๐ŸŒ Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

๐Ÿ’ธ How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location.

โœ๏ธ Can I edit or cancel my order?

All sales are final because most of our items are made to order and specially customized just for you. Please double-check all your details (shipping address, name, phone number, payment information) before placing your order, as weโ€™re unable to make changes once the order is submitted.

๐Ÿ“ฆ How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is shipped. For U.S. orders, you can track your shipment through FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on the carrier.

๐Ÿ“ฌ I havenโ€™t received my order - what should I do?

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you havenโ€™t received it, please:

  • Check around your property or any safe drop-off spots
  • Ask neighbors or your local post office

If 24 hours have passed and you still donโ€™t have the package, contact us at shop@rvappstudios.com with your order number.

๐Ÿ”„ Do you allow refunds or returns?

All sales are final, meaning we do not offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or returns. Please double-check all order details before submitting. Refunds are only offered if you receive the wrong or damaged items. However, returns are accepted for non-custom items such as our wooden toys and birthday party supplies (plates, cups, napkins) if they are unused and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before sending anything back.

๐Ÿšซ What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

If you received a wrong or damaged product, please email shop@rvappstudios.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the wrong or damaged product
  • Any details about the issue

Weโ€™ll resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, as appropriate.

๐ŸŽ Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or personalized notes - but weโ€™re working on adding this feature in the future!
